A DIM BULB BUT A BRIGHT FUTURE!

Comic art rule number 6: If a character ever has a bright idea, he or she, or it MUST display a bright light bulb over their head. If the character happens to BE a light bulb, this rule still applies. The only exception to this rule is if the character exists in a time before electricity was utilized. In this case, a wooden torch, or any other device which gives off light can be substituted.
