CHEESE – HOLDING THE WORLD TOGETHER

I do like cheese! I sampled a platter (or flight) of cheese at Disney World’s France in EPCOT. I cannot remember all the names of them, and I wish I could, because one of them nearly made me float across the dining room on a cloud of pure joy! I must return and get the name – and stock up – in case of an apocalypse!
