Inspiration
I f you love comic strips, and since you’re reading this I think I can assume you do, then you’re quite aware of Bill Watterson’s “Calvin & Hobbes.” It is Mr. Watterson to whom I attribute today’s strip. When asked in an interview if Hobbes was real or imaginary, Watterson said he thought the ambiguity of the situation is what gave it strength. I didn’t put that in quotes because I’m unsure of his exact words, but that was the spirit of it, and I loved it! I also adopted it.
