THANK YOU, ANTIBODIES!

I always heard that a dog’s tongue is sterile… I still don’t believe that! I mean, really, how can it be? A pal of mine’s leg got badly scratched once and he let his dog lick the wound, telling me it would heal faster that way. I never found out if that was true, or that he was just a quick healer! Don’t try this at home, unless your vet says it’s okay.
